10 Tips on how to get going on your day!



It's morning and your internal clock wakes you up yet has you staring at  the ceiling for a while. A while later and  you're  body becomes tired because of lack of energy from not having your first meal of the day. By the time you do decide to get up you either get ready slowly, super slowly or quickly by putting the milk on top of the fridge and placing the cereal in it, by mistake, which is ok only if you recover from it by being aware that on the way to the grocery store that replacing it  plus the trip may cost you time  and money. Habits are easy to form especially if believing  that breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day. So here are ten hacks you should be doing to starting a good morning!


1 The night before, drink water a few hrs. before going to bed
2. Have frozen fruits ready for your morning smoothie and juice
3  Morning, you should have your alarm away from your bedside table, to force you to get up and go turn it off
4. Sit for 5-10 minutes ponder nothing
5. Prepare breakfast with your pre frozen goods and carbs that you like
6. Have a cold shower
7. If you're still drowsy try taking a walk outside !
8. Do your favourite type of exercise!
9 Get rid of all that clutter!
10. Make a to do list including replacing that spoiled milk you've placed on top of your refrigerator!
